Inside Dhaka usually 24–48 hours; outside Dhaka 2–5 working days. Store pickup is available the same day once confirmed.

Cash on delivery is available for most orders. Some high-value items may need an advance payment.

Unopened products can be exchanged within 7 days. Products with a manufacturing defect are exchanged after inspection. See the Exchange and Refund policies for details.

Bring the product with its invoice to any branch, or contact support to arrange a pickup.
